Daiki wants to be a corporation really worth exisiting from a global
environmental point of view. Daiki thinks it necessary to secure
firm orientation by attaching importance to the environment and
business equally.
Based on the above philosophy, Daiki was making company-wide efforts
toward the acquisition of the industry's first certification of
ISO 14001 as international standards for environmental control.
As a result, in February 1999, the Shirakawa Factory acquired the
certification, followed by three other factories. These four factories
are the industry's first acquisition to fourth acquisition.
The acquisition of ISO 14001 certification was not Daiki's final
goal but just a pass point. Daiki would like to grow without forgetting
the idea of Green to be an enterprise exactly needed by Earth.
